Clicking clutch pedal

Hi All,

I just bought an 2004 Accord 2.2 iCTDI Sport and I have noticed that the clutch pedal is clicking 1) when i fully depress it and 2) when it is released.

Does anyone know what the cause could be and more importantly how i can stop it

Its starting to drive me mad.

followed the fix instructions and it worked a treat!
