Hi mate, soz to hear you got issues.
What exactly is happening when you try and use the clutch?
As much info as possible would be helpful mate, im sure ill be able to help. ;)

Last night i was struggling putting it into gear clutch pedal was fine at this point so thought it might of been the master cylinder again found that the nut on the adjuster was lose so thought it might of move out of place, so i adjusted it abit put my foot on the clutch pedal and i could feel it getting stiff like when you apply the break and pump them now its solid fella hope that helps

Sounds like someone fitted it incorrectly as there shouldnt have been a loose nut ect.

Sounds to me like you have a load of air in the system.

Do you know how to bleed the clutch from the Slave cylinder?

If not im happy to tell ya how mate. ;)

Yeah fella i know how to bleed the clutch, i thought your clutch went spongy when it has air in it though or am i wrong?

with an airlock, it can go spongy but on occasions it will get rock hard then over time become soft without touching it.

id also check for blockage in the pipe work mate
