They dont fit as the offset etc is all wrong.
www.mytyres.co.uk and www.oponeo.com are good sites for sets of alloy or steel wheels with winter tyres.

they will fit but it depends which year CRV as they have different offsets, but anyway even with offset 40 as that's in the CRV mk1 they will fit ;-)

I test fit some of my dads spare ones on my old accord 7th and they fitted no problem.
I think I just depends on the style as well for example the offset on my car is 55 on std alloys, I've just put rage on with offset of 55 but they don't go straight on due the shape of spokes, they're much flatter so you need spacers.
I was in a honda dealer on Saturday and noticed the winter catalogue, about 30 different alloys in there I bet without trying you won't know what fits over your callipers etc
I'd say always try before you buy
