Ctdi Whining noise after timing chain replacment

Has anyone here had their timing chain replaced and found they have a whining noise? I did mine with new sprockets, chair including pump chain and tensioner, ever since its been whining, I know it's normal on the ctdi to get a bit of whine, this is that same whine but much more pronounced.

I should add to that I didn't mean chair, I mean chain :-D

I wouldn't like to do this job without a ramp but it's doable... I was going to do a diy guide but forgot to take the photos haha
