Since I've owned my 8th gen tourer I've had a rattle I've not been able to find. Vacuuming the passenger footwell out, I noticed the under dash panel was unclipped near the door, clipped it back in and hey presto, no rattle.

Found another one also. In the Tourer the back seats rattle on their catches. Wedged a golf umbrella behind in the gap, good place to store it, stops it rolling around the boot and stops the rattle!
:lol: Priceless! Just popped out in the car and was having a right panic as I could hear a really tinny rattle all the time. I thought it sounded very bad. Then realised it was an empty Sprite can in the drinks holder :blush: .
We've all done it. But I do have a rattle in my driver door that comes when I crank the tunes. Can't trace it. I only know that if I press on the door panel with my elbow it stops. I guess that's more likely just an age thing.
