Difficulty selecting reverse

Hi All

I have the 7th gen facelift, 6 speed.

I have a problem selecting reverse, which seems to have been getting worse recently,

There is no issue with clutch or dmf, as they were replaced last year, and no problem with the gear once engaged, so I suspect a selector problem.

Does anyone here know of any common complaint to look out for?

I could be that is getting worse because of cold weather...The winter is in front of the door
The first thing i would try is to change the transmission oil
Use only Honda MTF
The capacity is 2.2 l
