Driver's window not going to the top

Hi folks,

Drivers window only closing part way up then goes down again. Anyone have this problem? Not sure if it's a switch issue or not.

If that's happening when using the "auto" function you can try a reset of the master switch.

The procedure for resetting the AUTO function in the Accord seems simpler. Here's the procedure, as per the ESM:

Resetting the Power Window

Resetting the power window is required after performing repairs to the power windows system or if the auto function fails to operate.

1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).

1. Move the driver's window all the way down by using the driver's switch; when the window reaches the bottom, hold the driver's window switch in the DOWN position for 2 seconds.

1. Move the driver's window all the way up without stopping by using the driver's switch, when the window reaches the top, hold the driver's window switch in the UP position for 2 seconds.
