hi all as above all fine on my diesel bar this morning turned her over - car did self diagnostic as usual block light went out and then when engine was ticking over came back on again!
have checked all relays/wires and connections to no avail, she doesnt run limp home mode as revs freely and no turbo lag, loss of power or anything from the norm. all braking systems fine and all anciliries/electrics good.
the only possible thing i can think of is a combination of very hot temps at mo coupled with me changing the air filter - this was originally an enclosed bmc carbon jobby and was gummed so now using a open green cotton filter head. would you think that its potentially heat soak thats raising the intake temp. and thus throwing up the fault or something more sus? help me please guys!! cheers, al
