Engine mount worn

Hi guys just wondering if anyone had any issues with engine mounts on the 2.2 diesel idtec.
While getting my alloys fixed the mechanic said one of my engine mounts was worn. He popped the bonnet and told me to look at engine. He then put the car in reverse and released the clutch, the engine jumped forward a lot which he said was a worn mount.
Had noticed a judder when reversing but read on another post that this is normal on the accord.

Any help or insight appreciated. Are engine mounts expensive? He said if I don't change it in the near future, it could break the exhaust.

Not come across this before.. Judder is normally the flywheel on these.

Guess you need a 2nd opinion. Cant see it being worn unless the car has done very high mileage.
