EPS Torque sensor learn procedure

Hi, I have a problem: after steering rack replacement (faulty angle sensor), there is an error of "Torque sensor out of range"... Is this common fault on 8gen accords? Rack was working fine before it was taken out of donor car. Unfortunately this is all info I have so far, because I only spoke with mechanic on the phone. I have HDS to read and hopefully re-learn the sensor(s). Are there any do-s and don't-s while re-learning the EPS module? Thanks in advance.

Please give little more detail - what engine it is and why have you replaced the steering rack?

Update: it was EPS module that also went bye-bye.
@VanDerSnow: replaced it due to water ingress and corrosion inside. Position sensor rusted away. Type of car is in my signature...
