Facelift front fog bulb replacement

Hi all, I need to change a front fog blown bulb on my 07 tourer
But for the life of me I cannot find out how to get to the bulb
Holder, cannot even remove the surround on the bumper.

The easiest way is to remove the front bumper complete. Looks daunting but it isn't and you can then see what you are doing without breaking any plastic bits during the cold spell.
I actually do this to change the headlight bulbs when one of mine had blown and I struggled to fit new ones. (big hands!!)
