Footwell lighting

Hey Guys,

Hoping someone can offer some advice, guidance and ***istance.

I was hoping to add some footwell lighting to the front footwells in my 03 accord 2.4.

Can anyone recommend the lighting i would need? I believe its strip led lighting but unsure on the specifics (links would be great).
Ive heard that they can be remote operated to change colour? is this right?

Also if can give step by step installation instructions and best places to connect to etc, would be very much appreciated.

I was looking at that. You basically got remote to change colour but a lot of cables and after instalation you have that annoying box out next to your feet.

These look cheap enough and the kind of thing im after.... Im a novice when it comes to wiring etc, i presume to wire to glove box light, its just a case of snipping the 12v plug?? cheers
