Front caliper spring/clip thingy

Lost the spring/clip from a front caliper, please tell me they can be bought seperately, and I don't have to buy the caliper aswell. Anyone know what they actually do? as it hasn't affected the braking performance.

They centre the pad in the calliper if we are talking about the same thing... Let me see if I can find a piccy...

Cheers mate, it's the long wire that is on the outside of the caliper, and can be seen through the wheel spokes.

EDIT: yep thats the part mate :)

pretty sure its just a pad retaining clip should be able to pic up a fresh set from any local motor factors dude i had to replace mine when i did the pads on me old celica.
