After replacing the main front bushes on my 2.4 accord it was still knocking and rattling over every minor bump in the road. I found that the upper control arms were badly worn so replaced both sides.
Things were much better for a while but another small rattle got louder every week until it sounded like the car was coming apart over every bump.
Both drop links on the front of the car were very badly worn.
Got some new ones made by OPAC from Eurocarparts. They seem nice and solid and use larger nuts than the originals. They also don't use a piece of plastic that's melted into place as the friction material unlike the Honda ones.

It's now a smooth as anything over the bumps and the turn in is much sharper when I'm on a mission on a twisty B road.
