Front grill help

Hi I just bought a front grill for next to nothing but I just noticed that tue 4 tabs on the bottom are broken. I've seen many for sale with broken tabs. Will it be an any problems if I just installed it with the 4 fastening points on the top of the grill?

Should be ok but if not I have a pre-face lift grill with all the tabs that I bought by accident. I paid forty for it but you can have it for £25 inc courier. PM me if interested.
