Front jacking point

Just about to change the oil. Drove backwards onto ramps as its too low at the front. If I jack 1 side at a time for the stands, the jack is in the way so I cant get the stand under. Is the bracket with 3 circles drilled out next to the flexible part of the exhaust a jacking point at the front of the car? If not where do I jack it please?
