After just finding out my recently acquired accord had a MOT advisory on the lower front ball joint I did some poking around under the car and that's where I found that one of the compliance bushes has several large cracks as well,as the play in the ball joint, so after talking it over with my mechanic who I have used for the past 12 years came to the decision that it would benefit the car if I did both sides ie ball joints and bushes, so I have ordered 2 complete sets of meyle bushes for the lower arms and I also ordered the meyle drop links at the same time but for the ball joints I have just picked those up today from Honda they were expensive but they will last, is there anything that I should be aware of when fitting these parts my mechanic has not had much experience with Hondas he has all the right gear for the job, press splitters the lot, please tell me I am doing right here the parts alone cost £275 but that includes a new set of front disks and pads.
