Front rattle

I get a lot of rattle/knocking sound from the front passengers side going over the tiniest uneven surface.

Had MOT done the other day and they couldn't find where it was coming from. My first thought was drop links, but they said they looked new and had no play.

It's not the lower ball joint as it was replaced recently.
What else could it be?

Could be exhaust heat shield? (or CAT heat shield), quite common to rust away and become loose.

Dare i say drive shaft?

Did you have any result on this was the noise like loose change ?
