Fuel consumption

Hey a guys,

Just wanted some advice from my fellow accord'ers:

My fuel consumption it's totally cr*p! I don't know what's wrong with it and want some advice on what I could possibly do.

Also I was looking to do a proper full service where emery thing was looked into in detail, can anyone suggest anything or help?

There's another donor accord 1.8 sport available to play about with, practically has everything still left on it. If you guys need anything PM me.

Other than just changing the way you drive? Not really. TBH you will be lucky to get much above 30MPG from what I can gather. The best I could just about manage to do is 35MPG and that's if I drive like an undertaker.

You can try shedding as much un-nessasary weight as possible, check your tyre pressures and maybe look at getting a nice air filter (though the latter probably won't make a blind bit of difference). The only other suggestion I can think of is an ECU re-map but i'm not sure if that's possible on these 1.8's.
