Matt you were bang on about my suspect oil leak it is definitely the high pressure feed to the power steering, I had me head in there again and I can see where it's leaking, it's gone somewhere near the bottom joint where it goes from rubber to metal, I have managed to source one but it's not genuine Honda, the Honda ones are topside of £300 and I can't afford that sort of money.

Yeah it's a common fault.
FWIW, my car had a pattern hose on it.
