HANDF FREE STOPPED WORKING

Hi, I have a honda accord 06 from uk. The hands free phone voice promts stopped working....It mutes the radio when i press the talk button but no voice rersponce or bleep...it normaly bleeps and when i say "CALL" it responds "WHAT NAME OR NUMBER WOULD YOU LIKE TO CALL?"....the phone seem to be hearing my comands since when i try to call a number the phone accualy dails the number but nothing comes out of the speakers....radio and cd audio is ok! can anyone pls help?

Is there a solution to the HFT problem...Everything seem to be working fine...just the HFT response dosnt come out of the speekers!!

Have a search for a possible solution first. If there isn't one to be found post back and someone will probably be able to help.

I looked everywhere and seem like i am the only one with this problem...the funny thing is that when i press the hand free button..although ther is no bleep or voice answer, i can still give it a phone number and can see it being called from my phone....seems like a output problem...as i said b4 speakers are working cos i do get sound out of my radio and CD!

most likely caulse could be the mic for the hands free.
try resetin the system this would be my 1st call. this is explained in a thread of my one last year.

hey guys....went back to my car and all is ok!! the woman is back...she must have had a break!! dont really know what happened....brett...it could not have been the mic since the comands i was giving it were executed...it's just that no reply or beep sound was coming out of the mic!...thanks for your help...will let you know if it happen again!

she might have had a tantrum bud - sometimes she will revert to German for no reason other than to confuse the hell out of you... Honda HFT has a mind of its own - much like the Sat Nav.
