Never had this problem with my last car and same mobile but the Bluetooth every other journey doesn't pick up my phone.
I'm having to pair it up and it's starting to get annoying to be honest.
Can't be my phone as ok in old car and in wife's civic.
I can see dealer just blaming phone but wondered if anyone else had similar problem

Funny this Lee as I had this last week and had to pair up again.

I've got an iPhone 5 but haven't updated to the new software due to problems I keep seeing online.
Can't see it being that though as this software has been working fine on all other cars

Iv got a 4s and running new iso 7

I've got an iPhone 3GS running the old IOS and it pairs up everytime.

Did you do the system reset when you got the car. Its all in the handbook, command is something like 'system reset'.

Delete the pairing on your phone also, restart that also.

Yes followed all option and paired up to screen.
Another thing that sometimes happens is on the info option to bring index of numbers on the screen fails now and again, numbers are there but greyed out so you can't dial. Even when stationary.
To be honest I'm not too bothered about that option as rarely use it, it's just sometimes useful receive important calls

Lee tha numbers grey out when you are not connected by Bluetooth

Bluetooth symbol on but numbers greyed out

Think this proves something wrong with car?

Lee did you get a warrenty with the car if so take it back for inspection.

Yes it has three year wearable parts warranty I negotiated on it.

It's already in for new engines mounts and passenger heated seat switch in about two weeks so I'll let them know.

Wife's type r is in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday maybe longer then mine Thursday, Friday

It's like my second home lol

Go onto the Honda handsfree website and select 'find a phone' specify your 2010 Accord and iPhone 5.

http://www.hondahandsfree.com/

You'll notice it says compatible with iOS 6, nothing about iOS 7, so I think you'd have to ask your Honda dealer to call tech support and find out if iOS 7 is supported, or if there are any updates for the car.

Sounds like you just need to delete the pairing from both the car and phone, reboot the phone and it should work.

Mine is still on 6

I've not changed it due to seeing issues

I've done full reset but still having this issue

I'll have another go tonight

Lee and Rich just to confirm the ISO 7 works fine with HFT this is what im using
