headlight question for 7th gen tourer

hI there,

just got an accourd tourer '03 recently with a xenon headlights from the factory, not really sure how they work:
when I switch the lights on - both lights work
when I switch them off and switch them back on (in a few minutes) only one works
when I switch them off and switch them back on again, the other one works

so, how much time is needed for the lights to cool down or whatever they need to light up again?

Does these happen all the time?

It might be bad connection of the earth wire

Is that sequence repeatable every time?

hi, yes, this happens every time, the earth wire looks okay
will disconnect the battery once I find the radio code to check if this helps

well, disconnected and reconnected the battery and the problem is gone for now, both lights turn on and off at the same time, both need approximate 3 minutes to light up again (after they have been turned off)

Also better check the battery if it is still in good performance. My previous car got the same problem like yours, need a new battery and clean up the connector

Sounds like the bulbs or the ballasts maybe on its way out, mine lights up instantly after turning off and back on.
