Heated seat issue.

I have a strange problem with the heating in my drivers seat, it will only warm up when the sitch is set to low and no heat at all when on high. I swapped the switches over earlier and the switch works fine on the passenger side so i know its not the switch.Are there dual elements in the seat ie one for high and one for low? It all worked fine last year so i dont know what has changed.

I think from memory it has 2 relays 1 for low and 1 for high. I would have to double check though. Can you hear any relays switching when you switch it on?

my drivers seat back gets much warmer than the base which i doubt works and the passenger seat is opposite the bas gets warmer than the back, im sure...
