Heater fan stopped working

I need help the fan on my heater has stopped working i don't know much at all about cars but if i can help it i don't want to pay dealer prices for something that could be simple. My car is a 2004 accord i ctdi and any help or advice would be appreciated
 
obvious but have you checked the fuse?

Also do you have sat nav?

Hi yes im sorry i should have introduced myself first
My name is Phil im now an unemployed carpenter and i live in the west midlands.
This is my second accord my previous one was a V reg 1.8 vtec i did 138000 miles in it and never had a problem.
Yes i have checked the fuses
 
Do you get any display on screen to indicate the fans are on?
 
If its not coming on at all it could either be motor or relay. I would check the connections to the motor first if you can or get a multimeter out and trace it easily.
 
lols take it to your local garage mate, they'll tell you in no time :)
 
It sounds like its the heater fan resistor mate , this happened on my Accord a few months back , its easy enough to swap over its located just behind the glove box compartment , I got mine from a breaker for about £15
