Heater problem

Hi guys need advice

My heater on my idtec is permantly blowing cold
Its dual zone
I can set the digital display at any temp but it just wants to blow cold

I've stuck my head in the drivers footwell while trying to set the temp and I can see a motor moving but no change in air temp

Any ideas or pointers pls

Think I've read that sometimes the cable can come off the heater valve arm, somewhere up under the dash.

Does anyone know any more?

Yep
Cable had come adrift !
Re-connected and warm air again ahhhh bliss.

Great result can you tell us the exact location of the cable and maybe a photo.

I took my car to fahad's mate's garage who sorted it for me
From what I can recall he said it's the cable that links the water regulate from engine bay by the bulk head to heater inside

Yep that's the one, the hook had become perished so he 'renewed' it
