Hid kit help

Old confused man in need of help
I have looked and searched on here for info on hid kits but most of the links that point to the reccomended kits are either out of date or gone, im switching over to hid as im chewing bulbs, the kit i want is H1 bulb but i dont want the blue fancy lighting just a brighter light, i have seen this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281014278642?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 but it has 5000k as the lowest rating but i have seen 4000k ish, can someone help my brain from exploding and point me in the right direction, the brighter light the better

You'll be wanting to look for "55W H1 4300K HID slim ballast Kit".
I have 5000K and they're awesome, but 4300K is the OEM fit colour so is the best and least blue looking. 5000K is hardly blue really, I wouldn't go over 6000K if it were me though as it's just too blue and not enough usable light output.
You can get as low as 3000K but that's yellow and only really good for fog lights.

I have Osram 5000k in mine, much better than OEM, but mine are D2Rs.

I have 4300 and they're white and 4300 has the best light output, I always using this guys, they're only couple miles from me, but they're also selling on ebay

lol, D2R is the bulb type, as in H1, H7 etc, but HID bulbs for reflector type lenses. Was nearly £100 a oair of bulbs!

They're H7 I think you need H1? I'm not sure though.
