Odd one, had an intermitantly loose connection on my O/S headlamp bulb so most of the time it would work until I hit a bump and then I'd give it a thump to get it back Thought I'd finally sort it by reaching in by hand and having a fiddle but access is poor as you know but it seemed I managed to blow the bulb while trying to squeeze and tighten the female spade connector onto the back of the bulb. Ok then, do it properly and take out the headlight unit...new bulb but there is some charing on the wire perhaps where it has been arcing and the fuse has gone? Checked the fuses under bonnet and all ok, and the N/S headlamp works which I ***ume is on the same fuse, checked all the connections going to the lamp unit and continuity is all ok so where the hell do I go next to fault find?
