H1 for a 7th gen and what colour you want.
I have 6K in mine.

Cheers brett,Ended up getting them in 8000k.Can you tell me whats the best bulbs to buy for the front side lights

MTEC SUPER WHITE 501

Although they may look a bit too white against your blue HIDs, maybe LEDs might match better - I'm no longer a fan of sidelight LEDs on my facelift due to the blue plastics.
