Probably a long shot but is anyone is able to advise if or how the high visability brake light unit and housing can be removed from the rear parcel shelf ? The platic clips that retain it to the shelf have come off and due to aftermarket 6x9s installed it is now rattling as its not fixed securely ! I can get my fingers under the plastic housing and push it up slightly but it wont shift and it doesn't appear accessible from under the parcel shelf from inside the boot. It appears that the plastic surround may actually be connected to the metal unit that houses the actual light. Just thought I would ask before I try to cut it out !.
