That privilege is reserved for people who contribute to the forum. you haven't.

You don't just rock up and start selling stuff without any form of introduction or actually being a regular contributor to the forum.

In fact i cant believe i am spelling this out for you. Its called decency and common sense.
 
I'd suggest that we maybe try and ***ist this guy rather than patronise him. What he's offering could help a few owners on here. Surely thats whats at stake here?

Sid, I'd probably introduce yourself in the newbies section at least before posting an advert. Might even be worth asking a moderator first.

It is not patronising him. What he did was no better than spamming.
his one and only post was an add. how do we know he is not a breaker or even genuine.

The reason the for sale section is hidden is to prevent spam and protect members to an extent.
He was poltely asked by Brett not to advertise and went ahead and linked his ebay add in his second ever post. So thats two posts and two adds.

This is a forum not Ebay.
 
Guys I already closed his 1st post ealier today and told him to read the rules.

Like previous posts said, an introduction and a word to the mods would have been a much better way of advertising his sale. :rolleyes:
