Camshafts: Intake from Acura TSX (06-08 years) + VTC from K20A (to allow VTC 50 deg.), Exhaust OEM
Intake Manifold: OEM RBB with mild porting and open to 68mm + TL throtle body
Intake system: Comptech Icebox
Exhaust Manifold: Toda
Exhaust system: Fastline performance cat + OEM Catback
Engine management: Hondata K-Pro + K-Tuned Harness
Gearbox: OEM MT6

I had my old ´06 type-S accord dynoed a few years back, here is a video of the dyno.

engine mods when the dyno was performed were.
Hondata reflash for ´06. running an acura TSX ecu (hondata removed check engine errors)
Ebay ss header.
K&N cai.

power was around 211hp at the crank (182whp) I think I remember correctly that torque was something like 245NM crank.
biggest gain was around 5-6krpm around 25-30whp completely transformed the car and still today on my top 3 best mods for the euro list.
other 2 would be rear sway bar and changing gear ratios.
