hi there i have a 2005 honda accord. the new 2007 honda accords have new lights and new front grills. i wanted to know where i could get the lights and front grill from cheaply. also i wanted to know where i can get the sporty body kit that honda supply with some ictdi's i have seen. this includes lower front, side skirt, rear lip and black rims.

Black rims?

The cheapest options are probably eBay, but even then it won't be cheap especially if you want fogs.

I think he must be referring to Pentas Dan
eBay is ur best bet or ringing round salvage yards

You can fit facelift headlights Faddy has done it contact him not 100% about the other stuff grill etc

Headlights would be cosmetic. For the grill you'd need the facelift bumper too and to make it perfect you'd need the facelift bonnet without the chrome trim on the front. Its slightly longer and will meet up with the facelift grill perfectly flush. If you just kept the prefacelift bonnet it will sit about 5-10mm back from the top of the facelift grill. Some folk might not even notice it so its up to you if you go for the bonnet or not.

Dunno where to get these items cheap though, lol

There was a member selling a facelift fog very cheap. But you need to get your post count up to have access to our for sell section.

Probably a better option will be to sell your current car and get a facelift. This way you'll get the 6 speed gearbox too.

I think that fog was finally sold bud... it is a lot of work for a subtle change.

I agree with Kpanchev for all the work and money you would need to do this upgrade it would be far easier and cost effective to sell yours and buy a 6 speed with dark chrome wheels and trim.

here's a pic of ryan's old car, his brother owns it now and he's on this forum but he's not been here for a while.

Anyhoo when ryan had this car he facelifted the front end and used a genuine euro r grill he got shipped from abroad. As you can see in this pic the prefacelift bonnet does definately sit a bit further back. It still looks good though! B)

But that chrome strip along the top looks a little odd though...

Aye you can either colour code it or replace the whole thing for a facelift bonnet. Our accord prices are still quite expensive but folk with ek civics have been doin facelift swaps for ages and for them that includes swapping the slam panel too. It's the same when you convert a ukdm dc2 to a jdm dc2 front end as the slam panel needs changed there also.
