How to Adjust Coilovers

Hi Guys im Running BCs on my F18 Saloon
I want to raise the fronts by 10mm cos it's catching the arches slightly

I know theres threee collars
Which ones do I adjust

Please only comment if your 100% sure as I don't want to mess my pre load up

Bottom one is ride hieght, top one under spring is spring preload, one under that is a locking one. Dont mess with the preloads unless you know what your doing, just adjust the bottom one. Crack off the ring, then spin the whole damper with your hands.

But remember 10mm on the sleeve may not correspond to 10mm at the wheel arch, and also it will put your tracking out slightly.
