How to adjust headlight aim?

Seems to me that my headlights have probably been adjusted whith the rotary switch thingy set at the "heavy load" position in the cabin (i.e. 3 rather than 0).

Looking under the bonnet, I see three separate marks (with U-D, presumably meaning up - down) on the plastic crossbeam cover above the headlamp units that would suggest three separate adjusters underneath them somewhere. However, I can only seem to see one actual adjuster, which appears to be near the high beam on each side (much more obvious on the driver side).

Does this adjuster move the whole unit, or are there separate ones for the low beams? And if so - where are they?

Just one adjuster are in the lamp.
