how to identify if car has bluetooth from steering wheel controls?

Hi all,
Had a quick look at 3 Honda accord EX all 07/57 plates on the steering wheel on the LH side there are 2 large buttons (icons looked like receive dial and receiver hang up) now on one of the cars it also had 2 smaller buttons with these the bottom button looked like a u shape arrow (cant remember what the top one was)

however looking through the window of the other 2 i could see the larger 2 buttons on the LH side of the wheel (which looked like hang up and receive) but i couldnt see that they had the 2 smaller ones. does this mean that car doesnt have HFT?

anyone shed some light on this for me. as ideally i want a car with HFT (bluetooth)

The larger buttons are for the HTF. The smaller buttons behind them are for the voice commands for the stereo/ heater/ satnav etc.

if the car has the 2 larger buttons for the HFT does this mean it def has the modual installed? or did all the cars have the buttons regardless if HFT was installed or not?

also can you get the 1 larger HFT buttons without the 2 smaller buttons for the voice control? ( was voice control extra?)
