On off position the lights is always on, on parking lights position its ok the dash and the parking lights is on( no headlights) , and on lights position everything is on. so the question is why on off position i still have the lights on? is it normal on all model, or it might be kind of modification? off should be off(extra fuel consumption...)
how to turn of the lights?

it is daylight running lights modification. it is not factory fitted modification in this model, I think. How to disable? who knows. but you can try look under dash(near the steering column) for non factory wiring, maybe there is some fuses which could disable this function
