I refuse to pay £1170 for an intercooler ! Can anyone help...?

Always found Silverlake to be very fair with there prices and also open to a bit of a discount when asked as well.

Delivery is very reasonable as well
 
afaik, 19700RBDE01 is applicable to 04/05 models and .....E02 is the latter ;)

An intercooler for the Civic is £286 - it does look different, but why is an Accord one £800 more??

Fwiw, I bought a second hand Intercooler in the end from a company in Thame. It cost over £100 but a lot less than £1170. Unfortunately the darned thing didnt fit due to the bottom exit pipe being a the wrong angle and I have had to post it back to them. I just hope they reimburse me.

Meanwhile the above has become slightly academic being as I seem to have managed to write my Accord off during an stop-start accident.
