Identity, and where to purchase this specific model

Hi, new member, great forum!
Wondered if you could inform me more specifically on a specific type of Eighth-gen Accord, as in perhaps it's exact identification and where to buy one.

I'm told apparently that the one I'm on about is an ES GT (08-onward); but when that is entered into search engines and on
sales sites, a slightly different model presents.
Could also be a Euro R of Japanese/Australasian stock.

Key differentiating features are the front grill, slighly lower suspension and design of alloys.

That has the City pack and other styling added to it.

You can buy it as new when you order the 8th Gen or buy the components afterwards. It does not come as standard.
