In a bit of bother (head unit related)

After doing no research what so ever I purchased a nav unit to replace my non nav ***uming (we all know what that did) all cable would be there alas it is not is there a simple way of getting this to work say for instance I had the wiring loom from the car I got it out of ?

Not tempting to do this as non sat nav hasn't got some of the function that sat nav model has, but it's possible to retrofit it, depend if it's worth to do, well why don't you get a aftermarket sat nav unit to fit, they are good too.

I got my OEM nav for a song whereas aftermarket is a fair bit more
