regarding the above, do people use them for their Accord diesels?? I tried a Lucas cleaner before, but i have come across one called BG44. Just want to keep the engine/injectors as clean as possible.

How often would you recommend to use them??

BG44(K?) is for petrol engines, BG244 is for diesels. I've used it, but wouldn't bother again as I didn't see any difference.

Is your car running badly?

Its not running badly, just want to keep the engine as clean as possible. I use Castrol GTX 0w30 on every service, but sometimes when i look at the AVG MPG it can change quite often. Urban around 35-40mpg, motorway 45-50mpg, but sometimes it can drop to about 25mpg on short journeys, which might be normal??

25MPG is definitely a bit on the low side, but blocked up injectors would probably affect all driving conditions. I've never heard of these engines having injector problems that have been fixed by use of a fuel additive.

Ok, just wanted to check if accord users used injector cleaners. I'll see how it goes, i suppose it depends on how much you floor it when driving about to.

I used BK44 in my petrol and never saw any difference at all.. It wasn't running badly at all prior, I just thought I'd run a cleaner through it at 90,000 having never been 'cleaned' before and nothing happened.
