Inner headlight condensation!

Recently noticed that my nearside headlight (whatever the weather) is just full of condensation, all the way from the sidelight to the indicator. Only one headlight units doing this and i havent touched the units at all apart from changing bulbs, could i have a worn out seal around the edges of the unit maybe? or could it just be from changing the bulbs in the first place, although from what i can see its all sealed? any ideas? :( dont fancy my HID's to go bang or sidelights etc...

Did it happen before the bulb change? I would check to make sure those rubber covers are properly in, easy to mistake them for being in properly due to the tight location.

it didnt happen before hand but ive gone out and had a look today and everythings all nice and sealed, double checked too ! :(
