Intake Manifold Runner Control stuck open code

I was having the brake fluid changed and I noticed the engine management light came on. Mechanic cleared code (INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER CONTROL STUCK OPEN p2004, p2017) and its not come back on since. I think this is a known issue with prefacelift accords (mines diesel 06). Should i do something, clean or replace with modified frequency solenoid valve? Can this wait till my next service? (in Autumn)

car drives fine, about 550 miles full tank, although I dont hammer it (rarely go over 2000 revs).

Umair i would leave it for now and only look into this if the fault returns.

Hi Guys

I have a Accord ictdi on a 2005 and have now got the engine management light on, it points to p178-9
which is the same description as the p2004 (i have read on these forums)
Fault shows - Intake Manifold Runner Control in wrong position.
I have cleaned EGR thoroughly, the Throttle body thoroughly,
"There is no power at all at low revs."
Shall i remove IMRC and clean and check pipes leading to there?
Then replace solenoid or Intake Manifold?

Help would be greatly appreciated.
