What's new

Is this too cheap to be any good?

It's a cheap price as genuine Honda ones are over £100.
The quality of this product and if it fits would concern me tbo

No reason for changing bearings in pairs. But be sure to replace the correct one!!! (I once replaced the wrong one on my wife's old Astra, so ending up having to do both fronts... quite a tough job without a press). Can be hard to reliably diagnose if you can't actually feel loose play or roughness when rotating.

I wouldn't buy a wheel bearing that wasn't made by a named and reputable company.

I was thinking that it sounded a bit on the cheap side, cheap usually means rubbish. The likes of Blueprint is about £70 so I think ill go with them.

Trying to listen to what side the drone is coming from would drive you mad! Driving my girlfriend mad too making her sit in every seat in the car and listen lol.

Thankfully mine is the back so if I pick the wrong side, I can swap it over handy enough. Hopefully when I get it on the jack its obvious enough though!

Cheers for the answers

i also get a horrible drone which i always thought was the front bit i think i discovered it now to be the rear! I had my rear seats down carrying goods and the drone was more noticeable! I am not sure what that means but i ***ume it could be the rear haha! I might try changing the hubs when the weather sorts itself out! Can you take a few pics and write up a how to? Im sure the rear hub is just held on with some bolts so should be a simple case of straight swap after getting the brakes off? im probably wrong but would hope it was that easy! :p
