Is this type s worth buying?

Hello I wasn’t sure what section to make this post in and this one seemed most appropriate so apologies if this is posted in the wrong section.

So a friend of mine has a mk7 cl7 type s accord that he is trying to get rid of.

The car has been sat in a storage yard for 2+ years. It’s off the road because the clutch is gone and needs replaced. The car has no second gear. The exhaust needs redone with cats installed. It has 190k on the clock with “near pristine” body work and the body kit is sound too.

He’s offering to sell me the car for £900.

Do you think it is worth picking up and putting the work into?

I paid same for mine almost ten years ago with 150k on the clock and it still has all gears

It’s a saloon model
Body work is near pristine according to friend - wheels brakes suspension all in good condition
Unknown previous owners
No ulez zone usage
