Knock/Rattle Suspension

I have a 2007 Accord CTDi saloon. It has 60k miles on the clock. Recently I have noticed that over rough roads there is a knock/rattle sound from the front suspension. What is likely to be at fault?

Anti-Roll Bar bushes or similar bushing.

Here is the double wishbone front suspension, Honda is virtually identical

The Honda Accord lower wishbone and parts are here

If it's not the bushes on the drop links (items 4,5) then it's probably the main bush at the front of the lower wishbone (item 10)
