Hi guys, new to the forum, just bought my very first Honda; an Accord 6th gen 1.8i S vtec.
Was initially going to be a work commute but I'm never good at keeping cars stock so the first thing I wanted to do was get the thing on the ground!
Looking through Ebay etc. and it seems for the 98-03's coilover's are crazy expensive. I looked at others and it seems the 92-97 coilover's are significantly cheaper. (It's the adjustable springs that you replace your standard springs with).
Would the 92-97 coilover springs fit onto the 98-03 shock absorbers?
Cheers!

I think i know the ones you are on about and they are only different in price to the later ones because the sellers are out of stock on them at the moment.

I ***ume it's the ones in the link above.....If so my bet is they would fit anyway as it seems to me like it's a pretty universal kit. The ride however, i imagine will be quite harsh and bouncy due to a shorter spring with a much higher spring rate than stock.
If you are only after a modest drop on a budget just chop a coil off the standard springs. You can get about an inch drop for an afternoons work and done properly it will ride better than the springs in the link above (as long as you dont go mad with them and cut them in half). I am planning on getting a set of the springs from the link above....end of the day if they turn out to be really ***** and i can't live with them, i'll just bung them back on eBay.
