Mounting front number plate

Hey there guys,

I was just wondering, have any of you used the "universal number plate brackets" where you just hinge up the bracket and slot the number plate it and clip it all down - essentially avoiding screwing into the number plate?

Would this work on the Accord and how would it look on the front?

Welcome to TA iv changed my front plate but just used the conventional colored screws.

The plates we use over here are actually smaller and wider than the EU ones. I recently ordered a pair of Euro sized plates to put on but it'd look silly on my bracket.

Do you think I can take the standard bracket off and mount a universal plate cover straight onto the bumper?
