Multi-changer spitting out CDs

Hi all,

My wonderful premium sound system / sat nav is still being a PITA. As well as the nav not going to black, the multichanger has a habit of spitting out CDs when changing between discs. Is this a known issue with the sound system and any solutions out there.

It is fitted in an 07 EX.
