today i went out to my car and started it up,it started for a second then stopped,when i turn the key it sounds like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWnMxJp97-o now im not sure what to do, ill do a compression test tommorow,but by the sounds of the vid my car sounds the same,so i dont know if i should scrap it or try and repair it
thanks for the replys,well i was having some problems with the car,rear main seal leak which i was about to get done,maybe its a good thing that it happened as it was burning oil aswell,and my mpg was really bad,itll save me geting all the work done,ill just replace the engine,there is an 02 1.8 engine on ebay would that go straight in as a swap,or would it have to be the same year my car is 00
